Venmo Australia

I created this conceptual market-entry plan for a hypothetical Venmo launch in Australia, including the strategy and the copy.

My angle: moving money between Australian bank accounts is slow and forgettable. Venmo makes it instant and adds a social layer, turning a boring transaction into something people actually want to open. I built the positioning around that contrast, selling the experience rather than the utility.
